This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information through www.toytowerservices.com and our related inquiries, communications, marketing, and business operations.
1. Information We Collect

Our website has inquiry and contact forms. It does not currently offer customer accounts, appointment booking, email subscription registration, or direct invoice payment.
Information from other sources:
We may obtain professional contact information from publicly available business websites, directories, and other public sources to research prospective organizations and maintain accurate business records. We may also receive information from an organization’s authorized representatives.
Website information:
Our Wix-hosted website uses technologies that may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, referral sources, and interactions with the website. We use Wix Analytics to understand website activity. See our Cookie Policy for additional information about website technologies.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:

• Prepare invoices, process or document payments, and maintain accounting records.

Website form submissions are delivered to support@toytowerservices.com and andy@toytowerservices.com and may also be retained within the systems supporting those forms.
3. Service Providers and Other Disclosures
We use outside services to support website hosting, forms, email, document storage, spreadsheets, accounting, payments, research, and administrative work. These services may receive information needed for the activities they support.
Our current tools include Wix, Google Workspace, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Intuit QuickBooks, and Wells Fargo for banking and mobile check deposits.
We also use AI-assisted tools, including Google Gemini and ChatGPT, for business work that may involve customer or lead information. Microsoft Copilot may be used to research and verify publicly available business information. Information entered into these tools is processed under the applicable provider’s terms, privacy practices, and account settings.
Payments are handled separately from our website through QuickBooks or other arrangements made with TTS. Payment and banking providers have their own privacy notices. We retain relevant billing and transaction records.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, insurers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, address claims, protect rights or safety, or investigate suspected misuse.
4. Contact Lists and Business Transfers
We do not sell or rent contact lists to third-party marketers. We do not currently provide contact lists to marketing partners or influencers for their independent marketing.
If we sell, transfer, or reorganize all or part of our business or a service region, relevant customer and service records may be disclosed to prospective or successor operators as reasonably needed to evaluate or complete the transaction and continue service, subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections.
This policy does not authorize unrestricted disclosure of customer information to a licensor or another operator merely upon request.
5. Children, Patients, and Students
Our website is intended for adult representatives of organizations and other adults seeking information about our services. It is not designed for children to submit information.
Participation in our program does not require individual children’s names, patient records, student records, or individual reward histories. We track equipment, supplies, and usage at the organization or location level.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our website. Please do not include children’s information, patient or student records, or unrelated sensitive information in inquiry forms or equipment reports. Equipment photographs and videos should avoid identifying individuals.
If you believe we have received a child’s personal information in error, please contact us so we can review and address it.
6. Facility Photos, Logos, and Social Media
We do not currently collect children’s photographs or customer testimonials through our website.
Any planned TTS promotion featuring an identifiable client facility, its logo, or equipment at that facility will be subject to separate authorization or an applicable written agreement. This Privacy Policy does not itself grant TTS permission to use a client’s logo, photographs, or endorsement.
Posts or tags made independently by others on social media are subject to the relevant platform’s privacy practices. A public post or tag does not itself establish permission for TTS to reuse an identifiable person’s image.
7. Information Retention
We have not established a uniform deletion schedule for all records.
We generally retain paper records relating to former customers for approximately five years, subject to legal, accounting, contractual, and dispute-related needs. Electronic customer and inquiry records may be retained for longer periods in our business systems and archives. We do not currently apply an automatic deletion deadline to all electronic records.
Retention depends on the information’s purpose, the business relationship, applicable obligations, and any outstanding claims or disputes. You may contact us to request deletion; some information may need to be retained.
8. Safeguards
We use the access controls and security features available in our business systems to help protect information. No website, email service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Please do not submit payment credentials, medical records, student records, or other sensitive information through our general inquiry forms.
9. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact support@toytowerservices.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. We will review requests subject to applicable law and may need to verify your identity or authority to act for an organization.
You may ask us to stop sending promotional emails by using an available unsubscribe option or contacting us directly. We may continue to send necessary service, billing, contractual, and other nonpromotional communications.
Additional privacy rights may apply depending on the law and whether TTS is subject to its requirements. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
10. Cookies and Tracking Choices
Our website uses Wix technologies, including Wix Analytics. Other analytics technologies will be identified in our Cookie Policy when enabled.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect website functionality.
11. Changes to This Policy
We will post revisions on this page and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Changes will not override applicable legal restrictions on the use of information previously collected.
